The Truth About Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a powerful therapeutic tool for accessing the subconscious and superconscious mind to achieve desired changes and personal goals.
About hypnosis in general:
Despite its awesome power, there are few procedures less understood, or more plagued by misconceptions.
Hypnosis is not sleep, unconsciousness, mind control or even magic. No one can become "stuck" during hypnosis. There is no surrender of control. No one can be made to reveal secrets or other private information while in a hypnotic state. No one can be hypnotized against their will or be forced to do something that goes against their own morals.
HYPNOSIS IS 100% SAFE AND NATURAL. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotic state is the same as daydreaming, being in meditation, prayer or reverie.
What could be safer and more natural than using the power of your own mind?
I am often asked if most people can be hypnotized. The answer is yes, at least 98% of people who choose to experience hypnosis can be hypnotized. There is of course a small number of people who cannot be hypnotized; these include people who have I.Q.'s of less than 70, people who have a severe mental illness and people who really do not want to be hypnotized, this is almost always due to a fear of being controlled.
ALL HYPNOSIS SESSIONS ARE DONE REMOTELY VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING OR SKYPE.
Hypnosis is not appropriate for individuals who have been diagnosed with epilepsy, MPD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and other significant psychiatric illness.
